Zendesk and Sabienzia Technologies Sign Sales Partnership (Germany)

January 21, 2013

BERLIN, GERMANY – January 21, 2013 – Zendesk, a leading provider of cloud-based customer service software, and Sabienzia Technologies, an innovative developer of multi-channel dialog platforms based in Berlin, will work together closely in the future. Sabienzia Technologies will be a licensed distributor of the Zendesk solution in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The offerings of both companies will be expanded and enhanced through this cooperation: Zendesk gains a strong partner for its sales business in German-speaking countries. Sabienzia enhances its highly flexible IDP (Interactive Dialog Platform) with an innovative ticketing system which brings valuable improvement to the quality management of its customers.

Hartmut Beyer, CEO of Sabienzia Technologies, is looking forward to the collaboration and states: “I see this cooperation as extremely exciting and promising because the licensing models of both companies complement each other in outstanding fashion. Because of the cloud-based design of both solutions and the monthly billing basis, companies will be able to work flexibly, quickly and easily.”
