Zendesk Files Registration Statement with SEC for Proposed Initial Public Offering

SAN FRANCISCO,CA – April 10, 2014 – Zendesk, Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Zendesk plans to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ZEN.
Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities LLC and Canaccord Genuity Inc. are acting as co-managers.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
