March 6, 2014
BERLIN, GERMANY – March 6, 2014 – notebooksbilliger.de, the online electronics retailer, is optimizing its customer support with Zendesk cloud-based customer service software from the provider of the same name. The new customer service tool aims to more efficiently manage customer inquiries submitted to notebooksbilliger.de primarily by e-mail or via social media channels. After a short test phase in late 2013, all notebooksbilliger.de service agents have been working with Zendesk since the beginning of the year.
We are pleased to have found a suitable customer support solution so quickly, says David Patzer, COO of notebooksbilliger.de. All the other systems we looked at were much more complicated to use. With Zendesk, the whole package is simply right.
More and more electronic products are now being sold online, says Steffen Teske, Director for Central & Eastern Europe at Zendesk. “As we have found in our quarterly benchmark, 82 percent of end users are satisfied with customer service in retail. We want to help notebooksbilliger.de continue to increase this number and are proud to count such an important market player among our customers.
