I've just tried to hook P9 up with my Zendesk dashboard but it keeps failing on the logon screen while setting up the App.

We previously had this installed (from a time when the team was run by someone else). It no longer seems to integrate well with Zendesk (get errors when trying to hook both systems up). Will update review once I hear back from Panorama9.
