about 1 year agoHola Diego, ¿qué características harían que esta aplicación fuera más valiosa para ti? Esta aplicación se creó porque Zendesk eliminó esta función. Cobramos por agente porque es la única forma en que podemos cobrar en el mercado. Me encantaría recibir sus comentarios sobre cómo podemos hacer que esto sea una ganga para usted. -Myles

PDF Viewer is an important App for us. Unfortunately this App doesn't work reliably. The Preview function (PopUp) is in my eyes the most important one but doesn't work. We pay for an App that is still a Beta-Version. When will bugs be fixed?

Doesn't work at all, even with unchecked "authenticate to download" option. The app doesn't show up in the side bar. Instructions are very short and vague. Developer doesn't react on e-mails. Will not pay after the trial, if there is no solution to this.
