After a few years of using an older integration with lots of caveats, another user suggested Git-Zen as an alternative. I started out with the Lite, free to try version, and from the get-go it's been clear that Git-Zen is all about workflow support: there are a lot more options out of the box. When I reached a road block on my way to the optimal workflow support I reached out to support, and they've been the best product support experience I've had: everything I've asked for has been made possible, and fast as that.
