I've been waiting over three months for them to fix a problem that is breaking the integration. I reached out to support and waited two weeks for first reply. Then another two weeks for their next reply, followed by a week on their next reply. Eventually they said that with their summer holidays they weren't able to investigate the problem yet. That update was six weeks ago, despite them know that this issue breaks their integration for us. And unless I pushed them they would not have even offered any compensation. You can't expect to run a business like that and have customers simply wait around. We'll be switching to another integration that works and that can provide timely customer support.
So far can't get it to work at all. Contacted helphouse support and after 1 week they told me they WILL start investigating the bug. Really disappointed so far. Was really hoping that this will work well.
