Better Attachments

This app did exactly what we hoped for, in terms of identifying large files in our Zendesk ticket library. The filters were easy to use and, like others have already said, Marc was super responsive and helpful!

Awesome! Does exactly what I needed. Also - the developer reached out and asked for feedback after our install; I mentioned that having the ability to zip-download in-line images as well would be very convenient for us. Fully expecting a response of "This will be considered and can't make any promises" I just moved on. But what happened? The developer had it implemented within 68 minutes from when I shot off my email! Mental! By no means would I expect that on the regular, but super impressive to see this time! Well done!
