Kanban by BCR

There are no instructions for how to use it. Nothing showing how it works. We were not able to see that anything changed in Zendesk after installing it. From what I can tell, I think you somehow have to create a task for every ticket in zendesk, then spend double the time closing each ticket twice, but then again I could be wrong since I have no idea how to get it to do anything and can not find any instructions on their website.
