We have been partnering with Unbabel for 1 year and it has been a really great experience. The onbarding was really smooth adjusting it per phases based on our needs. The team was always on top and really responsive adjusting to our schedules all the time with meeting booked from night to day for any need supporting us all the time. That it is not even the best, after the onboarding, Unbabel strives to improve with periodic meetings with us listening to our feedbacks and making the difficult changes requested happening.
