Picto is a lightweight Zendesk theme that can be used to design beautiful customer and employee experiences.
Really love the theme, but working with support is quite difficult with extremely long response times. There is an issue where unpublished (draft) articles are able to be seen in the side search panel which needs to be fixed. Please respond to ticket 215
The theme looks promising, we're considering purchasing a developer license. But we have a few issues: language selection overlaps with chat widget. I sent a request to Support email but no one replied.
We've been using the Copenhagen design and we've quickly outgrown it with our recent endeavors. We've been looking for a simple yet graceful design and I was lucky to connect with Hosam who is truly a hero in the support community. He posted about his design and I quickly advocated for my team to switch over [to the free version]. Not only did the team find the design more polished and in-line with our brand, we also saw a meaningful improvement in viewership, which is especially great timing since we are investing in help content and scaling. So, we invested in the developer mode at $99 and it is worth EVERY PENNY. Highly recommend first-time or even more mature support organizations to give this theme a try. Not only is the product well made, the team is as dedicated as we are which gives me high hopes for their future. 5/5 - great job PartnerHero. Looking forward to more releases!
Installing this theme and customizing it is a dream. I did it in less than 15 minutes since I already had my KB article content published and logos handy. Thank you PartnerHero!
I've been looking forward to the release of Picto since it was announced. While this free version doesn't provide access to the code, I look forward to investing in the dev version when it's available so we can bring it to production! We're testing the free version in our sandbox against our current help content and it's looking like it's going to be a smooth and easy transition! The side nav menu is responsive and fast, and the articles look so much better than our current Copenhagen-based theme. Great job PartnerHero team, can't wait to get the Dev License release!
