The theme is great, lots of functionality and a clean design. Working with the vendor who created this theme (Premiumplus) has been a poor experience. I noticed a bug in the theme and struggled to get responses from PremiumPlus. I had to email their exec team just to get a response. And when they did finally get back to me, they provided little to no information, explanations or expectations. Very poor customer service experience.

This theme allows fantastic control over Zendesk Guide being used as a document library, which expandable/collapsable sections on the left-hand side that show any and all Categories/Sections as well as Articles that have been created. Most other themes don't allow the full hierarchy of the KB content to shine, but the Premium Plus theme here does. It transforms Zendesk Guide's look and feel to be more geared for teams with deep tiers of documentation, that can be easily navigated, and obvious to show to customers how the Knowledge Base is organized at all times. There is also a ton of flexibility on the UI side of adjusting the template, so you can keep the styling of the KB modern and engaging. The PremiumPlus team is also really helpful with questions on how to use this theme or make adjustments to the admin layer of Zendesk generally. Really looking forward to seeing what updates are coming, as well as other themes the team has in store!
