The app facilitates sending outbound bulk messages to our customers. Switchboard function is really impressive. It saves us a lot of effort to develop the app to control the sequence of the systems connected with our customers. Moreover, our agents can have conversation with customers without being Zendesk agents. All the chat histry were kept in a single view.
Very impressive app. It is very convenient to send the outbound marketing campaigns messages, via LINE, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger etc. One of the best I loved is you can manage the switchboard on SunCo inside CXBOX, to control the sequence among bot, Zendesk and third party chat app. You also can pass chats from Zendesk to other non-CS agents on CXBOX, e.g. sales, marketing etc., without paying the unneccessary Zendesk licenses.
