great app overall, let's us reply to customer inquires through zendesk a lot quicker, we just type a short phrase and it automatically elaborates and formats it professionally

Still in our trial but works really well. Setup was super easy and it is really intuitive. You just give it a few hints and it writes perfect answers to really complicate tickets. We use it to answer tickets in French - works perfectly for our usecase.
