We had a demo of Macha with the Macha team last June and began using the tool later that year. We were happy with how simple it was to set up and get going. Some of the other tools require a significant investment of time and energy to get going and this was pretty much plug and play. We were happy with the results of both the chat and agent tools. What was unexpected was the level of support we received. The Macha team is amazing - any time we had a question or needed help, they were there and responded in a very quick manner. We felt (and were) super-supported. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for an easy to configure solution.

We have been using Macha AI for about two weeks and are super satisfied. The installation and integration were super easy. The connection of knowledge databases is very easy. Accessing the app is also super integrated in Zendesk itself and with a few keywords a customer message can be written in no time at all. We had to contact customer service with a question. Feedback was provided within a few minutes and our request was implemented within a few hours. Thank you very much!

We’ve been using Macha AI for Zendesk primarily for AI-generated responses and translations, and it does the job well. The AI responses are accurate and context-aware, helping our team handle tickets more efficiently. The translation feature is also solid, making it easier to support customers in multiple languages without needing manual intervention. It’s a great tool for teams looking to enhance their support with AI-driven automation.

The setup was incredibly easy, and it has significantly cut down our response time. With its efficiency, we’re able to move through tickets much faster, improving our overall workflow. Highly recommend!

So quick to get up and running streamlining the process of replying to tickets when you're in a hurry. Just type a quick note and it makes it all pretty. Eager to play around with it more, but 5 minutes into installing and it's already saving me a bunch of time.
