ChatGPT AI Copilot by Macha

We’ve been using Macha’s ChatGPT integration with Zendesk and it’s already made a noticeable impact on our support workflow. The responses are fast, helpful, and surprisingly on-brand right out of the box. It’s taken a lot of pressure off our human agents, especially for repetitive tickets. We’re still exploring all the capabilities, but it’s been incredibly helpful so far—and we’re excited to keep leveling up how we use it. Great tool for any support team looking to boost efficiency without sacrificing quality.

My agents and I love Macha!

We first tried out the AI Copilot from Zendesk, and we were really disappointed. We then installed Macha and my agents just love it! It saves them so much time. We mainly use it for English and German replies. When you input a prompt, the replies are fantastic, especially when supplemented with a help article. However, if you don't provide a prompt and let the AI generate a reply on its own, the responses tend to be very general and not tailored to the ticket.

We had a demo of Macha and so far we love it!
