With the Notion integration with Zendesk, you can connect your support workflows with the rest of your organization and help your teams collaborate in one place. You can preview live Zendesk tickets, their status and other key properties in Notion – and use database filters, views, rollups, and relations to create custom views of your projects.
Just like the previous comments ... It's nice to be able to visualize Zendesk status in Notion but apart from that, this connection is pretty useless. The point of connecting 2 tools/apps is to allow them to interact ONE WITH ANOTHER (not yelling, I just didn't know how to write it in bold characters here).
It's basically just a link from Notion to the Zendesk ticket...not super useful. In Notion, I'd like to be able to pull in Zendesk tickets by organization so that I can create a client-specific landing page. In Zendesk, I'd like to be able to tie in Notion tickets to Zendesk tickets, and then update Zendesk status when the Notion status changes.
I wish it worked just like Jira or Trello, allowing Zendesk users to link a ticket to a Notion database.
It is great that you can check statuses in Notion, but it would be great if you can allow a Support Personnel to link a ZenDesk Ticket directly to a Notion Card/Database, similar to how ZenDesk has built in capabilities with Jira.
