You can even view reports in retrospect since it connects to the helpdesk, pulls all operational KPIs, and shows reports. A useful tool for managing a team of 7-10 agents. I love it!

Swarmica guides me through every step and offers feedback through its dashboard and KCS-focused KPIs right out of the box! The embedded Quality Assurance tool is a real game-changer for keeping my agents aligned with the process! There are still some minor things that need to be improved, but Swarmica's team reacts quickly and listens to feedback carefully, making things comfortable for me as a customer.
