only Zendesk Instance owner can purge.. not so usable..
Hi Kvalue Admin, Purge My Zendesk deletes users' data permanently so it can't be restored somehow in the future. For security purposes, all data can be cleaned up by only one person (account owner) to prevent data losses. The access of two or more persons can cause unintended consequences because of human mistakes. If you can't find Zendesk owner go to Admin Center -> People ->Team -> Team member . The account owner will have the role label (Owner) near their name.
