This app is great! I use it to help my team avoid remembering many tedious steps for certain processes. We also create child tickets with a quick click. Their support team is also very helpful and understanding. I frequently try to push the limits of the intended uses of tools and they are always open to helping me to use this app to achieve my more complicated goals.

Very nice and useful app, especially when admins can combine with use of triggers , it can do miracles.
