Ticket Summary is a sidebar app for Zendesk Support that gives insight on Zendesk tickets right next to the ticket. Agent can see a summary of the problem, an overview of the (current) proposed solution and a sentiment analysis. These items can be added to the ticket as tags or internal comments to make reporting on these tickets easier.

I tried this app hoping for a convenient ticket summary solution and to see how it leveraged ChatGPT. However, my experience was disappointing due to its automatic billing and absence of refunds. PROS: The ticket summaries are OK but can lack relevant details, proposed solutions were descriptive but generic, and the sentiment analysis feature was interesting but could be inconsistent. CONS: The app offers a 3-day trial but automatically charges a steep $99 per month afterward, leaving little opportunity to evaluate its value. What's worse, Premium Plus provides no refund policy, trapping users with an undesired subscription. Exercise caution before committing to it, as you may be left dissatisfied with no chance for reimbursement.
