Apps install directly into your account
Everything is good But if we also trying to update the feature like once low rated customer is converted to good we have may have to update the rating for that ticket has some unique field like previous rating and current rating. If this feature comes up would be great.

I have multiple apps for my company. Could successfully add one account in the channel integration but adding a second one (for my second app) has been a task. No adequate support from the support team via chatbot.
The filters do not work. I selected the option to only get 1-3 star reviews and I'm still getting 4-5 star reviews. Any time you save changes it just reverts to the default.
