As a somewhat forward thinking CX leader, I am truly impressed by the Hark solution! No longer are we stuck in the box of calls, chats, emails, SMS, etc - we now have access to a new channel that enables a seamless end user experience while simultaneously enabling CX agents to work more efficiently. Honestly didn't know such a channel was possible - but with Hark - it is! The customers can simply open their camera and speak their issue aloud while showing the problem they have - finally being fully heard and understood in real time and without follow up - then Hark does the work of packaging that video up into the perfect ticket with transcription and sentiment analysis and uniformity across all Hark tickets - enabling us Zendesk admins to build the automations we so love. Then the agent can just solve the ticket and may not even have to write an open text reply - by solving the ticket, they alert the end user that they've been taken care of! It's a beautiful solution and feels like the future is here and Hark is where it's at!
Hark is a true game changer! Hark has allowed our customers to easily submit requests using video or audio, saving them tons of time and the hassle of trying to type out what their issue is or give us a call during their busy day! Our agents no longer have to sort through what the customers possible sentiment might be, since text can be so hard to decipher, as Hark tags the sentiment for us! A quick listen or watch and we completely grasp the customer issue as well as receive much needed photos/videos of common issues right then and there. Gone are the days of going back and forth attempting to get our customers to confirm expiration dates or show us exactly where that damaged product is damaged. Organizations of all sizes owe it to themselves to get in contact with hark- it has made my life so much easier!
