Incredible time saver. We have nearly identical websites, but they only have different languages and brand names. Swifteq was a life saver for getting all articles, sections etc translated and duplicated across all our brands. Also very quick support, thanks to Sorin for creating this wonderful app.

Help Center Manager has been a life saver. It is easy to export articles, duplicate articles into another brand, and translate articles. It really is like a multi-toll for Zendesk Guide. Swifteq support is always responsive and quick to help.

Swifteq's Help Center Manager allowed us to duplicate our Help Center as a different brand in a fraction of the time it would have taken without this amazing product. The Help Center Manager's find and replace feature allowed us to replace brand names across hundreds of articles in a short amount of time. The Help Center Manager's controls allowed us to select specific Sections and Categories that we wanted to duplicate. I was pleasantly surprised at the short amount of time it took to learn the Help Center Manager. When I ran into an issue Swifteq responded back quickly with help. I highly recommend this Great Product!
