We have been using AirCall with Zendesk integration for the past 10 months and have found it to be a great asset to our business. The aircall system automatically creates a ticket in zendesk for each incoming and outgoing call allowing the team to easily allocate to the appropriate department to action. The voice mails are also stored in the ticket so it is easy to find any calls that are in need of attention. No more looking sifting through email.
