Integrating Intercom with Zendesk ensures you have all the context you need to solve support issues quickly, with live customer data from Intercom right inside Zendesk. You can customize exactly what you want to see, including account and usage data, as well as sync user tags back into Intercom.

Apps install directly into your account
It is really helpful, except I wish you could see phone number through the app. Doesn't seem to be an option to add it, which is a strange field to leave out and is very inefficient when you want to see what the number is or if the user has one so you can copy it over into their ZD contact record.
Makes it easy to see some of the information about your user from Intercom, however I wish it were easier to choose which attributes and segments show up.
