Our app uses AI to figure out which tickets only contain ‘thank you’ messages and which tickets should remain open for an agent. When the app is unsure whether this ticket should be solved, it will leave the ticket open to avoid any mistake.

Based on our user reports and internal testing, the odds of a false positive are lower than 0.01%. That means that out of 10,000 tickets processed less than one will be detected incorrectly as a thank you message, when it isn't.
If for some reason we falsely detect a thank you message, you can report it to us and we’ll fine tune the AI to avoid making this mistake in the future.
