Birdie (Zest) is the best screen recording solution in combination with Zendesk, having a perfect embedded functionality and flawless user experience! Especially good is also the Birdie support who is responding very quick, extremly friendly and even implemented suggested ideas and missing features in a short period of time. We can highly recommend choosing Birdie!

Birdie is instrumental in our Support team's ability to seamlessly communicate with users to help them troubleshoot in a fast and efficient manner. The integration with Zendesk makes it so easy for the team to send a Birdie link with a click of a button. If your team often receives poor quality screenshares from users or spends time going back and forth requesting videos, I'd highly recommend Birdie!!

Words can’t explain how much value I find in my Birdie. In a world of 10 second videos, Birdie gives my customers a direct channel to open support requests with ALL the information and a way to recreate the issue in one shot. The videos get added to all request making it easy to triage and action without useless back and forth between the agents and customers. Time to Value is immediate. From day 1. Along with excellent software, the support we get from the Birdie team is at the highest level. I strongly recommend all support organization to get their hands on Birdie.
