Amazing app and company!
Best video calling app I've tried on the platform. Easy to set up. The pro plan is a bit pricy for the service, but there are a lot of features and great customer support. SnapCall assist is great too. Gives you an easy way to send links to request verification documents or file uploads that are automatically logged in the ticket. One note: the calls are recorded audio only and you have to click through a separate menu to record video calls every time. It would be great if we could have an option to auto-record the screen for all calls. Great app!
