Azure DevOps Integration

Really good system, and really queacly support. Nice experience.

We’ve been using this integration for a few months now, and I can’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for an ADO<>Zendesk integration. It’s fast, easy to use, and their customer support is incredible, easily the best and fastest I’ve seen. We’ve got about 15 agents using it regularly, and it’s made a huge difference in keeping product, engineering, and support on the same page when working through issues.

We haven't signed up for the integration yet, but we are in the process of getting the approvals. That said, the communication with their team has been amazing. They are very responsive, quick to resolve any issues that we may flag. The other comments mentioned it but it's always impressive when we see it first hand. Keep up the amazing work!
