Agreed with the other reviews here. Klaviyo should really step up and add the functionality we all would expect from an integration with Zendesk (Support and Sell). I mean, at least match MailChimp - shouldn't be that big of an ask.

Agreed. We would love to see customer data information from Klaviyo in Zendesk. Please make this happen!

We need to be able to see Klaviyo in Zendesk. We can' t alway be opening a new window to check the data from Klaviyo.

Terrible integration. Klaviyo is so well-recommended that I can't believe Mailchimp has a better integration. It actually shows the consumer's profile in a side window so you know exactly who they are and all their actions. Where is this for Klaviyo??

I agree with previous reveiwer - having Klavio info in ZD would be really useful - at the very least, a link to their Klaviyo profile
