Great, simple, one-stop-shop app for managing links in one central place from Zendesk tickets. We use it to display relevant links to agents and supervisors, such as access to external systems and quality forms. The customisation options are very helpful; links can be configured with Zendesk placeholders in the URL, and the visibility of each link can be tied to specific groups. Overall, a nifty tool to have!

Wir nutzen die App u.a. um Kundensystem in unserer eigenen Platform mit nur einem Klick aus dem Ticket heraus zu erreichen oder auch Versandt Formulare sogleich vorausgefüllt öffnen zu lassen und damit lästiges und fehleranfälliges Copy+paste zu unterbinden. Schnell und einfach eingerichtet, sollte diese App in keiner Zendesk Instanz fehlen.

This was a game changer for our Support team to leverage this app and allow us to take a process that was 5-6 clicks down to just one. Not bad to configure, as some systems it took a bit to really get it to work, but then the magic really started happening after setup. Well worth the price in the amount of time saved!

Awesome app. Used it to replace the sunset Links app from Zendesk for agent system links. Customizable based on branding and ticket fields and group membership is great. Look and feel options are good for agents to quickly identify buttons/links based on standardized coloring and options when in the agent interface. Easy to configure, had it setup within 30 minutes.
