The Atlassian Statuspage for Support integration provides agents visibility of Statuspage incidents in Support. Agents can readily obtain information on any service incidents or degradation, so they are aware of any service disruptions that may impact customers.

When your agents are viewing tickets in Support, they can see when new incidents occur or maintenance is underway. They can also obtain more details of incidents, making them more aware of any service disruptions that may impact your customers.

Support agents can easily drill down into incidents or service degradations by viewing the Statuspage app in the topbar or sidebar. Current status information can also be posted into a ticket comment by clicking Add to comment in the sidebar app.

Note: This app is available to customers who have:

  1. A Zendesk Team plan or above for Support or the Zendesk Support Suite
  2. A public Atlassian Statuspage page

By enabling this app, you agree to the Built by Zendesk Terms of Use.

Good app, works as advertised. The only unfortunate issue in the ticket view, and an unfortunate blocker in using the "add to comment" feature for us, is that we use basic formatting in our statuspage postings (bullets, indents, etc.) and the app doesn't seem to support that. It doesn't even support line breaks which makes it difficult to read if you have more than 1 paragraph. And while that's only a small issue for our support agents, it makes posting it to a customer as a non-starter given the amount of work it takes to clean up the message. Supporting line breaks would be a good start.
