A wonderful product! We were searching for a QA tool and are happy with this choice! Kaizo provides well structured QA dashboard where the team's level is analyzed. As a manager, I can take a quick look at it to see what the quality level is in real time, no need to dive deep into the evaluation of each ticket. It also shows the number of mistakes the agents make and even the impact these mistakes do on the Quality Assurance level. And what else is amazing, after the recent release we've got a new Samurai feature that speeds up our ticket selection for evaluation. It can summarize the ticket's request and shows the customer's and support agent's empathy level. Kaizo is a life saviour!
