The GDPR compliance app is an excellent app not only for managing GDPR requests and compliance but also has all the features to easily manage storage within the Zendesk instance. We had large backlogs we needed to clear and it did the job very well. We have it simple and straight forward with an excellent price point. The support team have been fantastic from onboarding to any questions we have had. Totally recommended.

From the very first informative demo and all of the walk throughs - this has been a positive experience. We had significant backlog of user deletes to process and GDPR Compliance allowed us to bulk handle much easier than individually. Customer Support is amazing and responsive and forthcoming with check ins! We encountered a bug but it was quickly resolved and we were notified within 24 hours, which didn't impact our SLA's.
