Apps install directly into your account
Definitely a great addition for our team. However, it still needs a "clear" button and a way to resize and reorder the columns from within the search results panel. Is this an app that receives updates?
Adding a hover view over the ticket link so you can see the last user and comment on the ticket would be a nice touch! The app is okay, overall, but I tend to use the generic search options in Zendesk more than I use this app because of some of the limitations.
This app works better then the native search but one of the big challenges we have is that it does not allow us to resize the columns. In particular the Subject column is not very long and often cuts off the description of the ticket forcing agents to drill into each ticket.
It is an excellent alternative for pockets with little budget. Perhaps it needs some improvements and that for minds with great demands it does not meet certain requirements, but for quick searches, exports and quick counts it is excellent. It would be great if Zendesk adds improvements to it at some point.
This app should be intuitive and it is not. at least it's free now. It does not return predictable results and it does not include archived tickets. Total disappointment. As it stands right now, I am unable to view my "archived" tickets and the results for tickets (with status set as greater than or equal to "New" does not return all tickets in this status) unless I access Explore and painfully look at all dashboards. I've asked Zendesk Support to prove me wrong.
