While using Asset Sonar with Zendesk, it's made my job much easier than I expected. I handle the returns for the company for employees who left, and with asset sonar built in, I'm not jumping between the different programs we're using to find out who has what. Additionally, I've used Asset Sonar to find errors we had previously - some of our users had iPads that weren't correctly logged, and I would have no way of knowing. It was quick and easy to get that fixed and get our inventory correct. Also, whenever I have a question or an idea to bring up, I get a response quickly from our reps which also makes the combination easy to work with.

Asset Sonar has been solid for our diverse needs. The platform is also malleable enough to fit our needs in the rare event native functionality needs any additions. We like the Zendesk add-in which helps give a single pane for staff operations. The breadth of options can maybe be a bit daunting at first, but the implementation process was very helpful. They ensured we got everything set up that we asked for - aligned with best practice.

Baber Aizaz is one of a kind, he really goes above and beyond to deliver what was asked of him. its really been a pleasure working with you and I cant sing your praises enough. As for asset sonar for get go of doing my analysis with other products available on the market, they have proved i made a fantastic decision. AssetSonar has been a solid application so far. The integration with Zendesk is helpful in being able to link assets to tickets and see a ticket history of an asset within AssetSonar as well. The automation the program has with different syncs makes keeping your assets updated much simpler and clean. The AssetSonar team has also been quite helpful anytime a problem has come up that needs solving.
