We have included Stickynotes into our Zendesk instance to assist us in keeping important information in a birds eye view for sales agents trying to get through tickets as well, so that we can quickly see important client information. The sticky notes has been incredibly helpful in achieving this, however i would raise that your process and layout of the tickets be thought out thoroughly as edits made in the future will remove information that has already been entered into the sticky notes and could create panic if you are not aware of this.

We make use of the Sticky Notes app on a daily basis. We run a complex and active support desk, and tickets can sometimes go on for quite some time and build up an extensive history. Sticky Notes allows us to bubble the important information up to the top, saving our higher tiers of support for needing to dig through comment after comment to find the information they need. The company has also been easy to work with and flexible with meeting the needs of our organization as we have grown.

Great application! It has helped us a lot in our work to be able to keep company specific notes on different customers. Also the suppport from Lovestock & Leaf is great. They have even added a couple of functions to the application that I requested. So they do listen to all feedback the get! =)

We are using Sticky notes to compile different ticket and organization fields into one text block that's easy to read and to copy and paste. I have had to ask the app author for some help along the way. They've been responsive and have gone above and beyond to not only solve my problem, but to create solutions to new challenges I present them. Highly, highly recommend! I agree with the previous reviewer, too! Zendesk functionality can be very limited and this app swoops in to help save the day!

Buckle up because you are about to see what a review from a person who loves to complain about Zendesk looks like when they love something... This app is the saving grace of Zendesk. In an ocean of stagnating functionality and limited interface, this plugin not only provides what should be core functionality that I would have expected from Zendesk itself, but it goes above and beyond with unique and extremely useful functionality and customization I didn't expect. And while a paid plugin it is literally the lowest price possible. In the land of Zendesk this is pure magic. Not only that, the developers' support is superb and responsive, and they are extremely receptive to feedback. I'm not joking, Zendesk should be hiring these folks and put them in charge of product development.
