Since we utilize Teams as our primary communication application it was becoming cumbersome to jump back and forth between Teams and Zendesk to discuss issues. This app allows us to maintain internal communication in Teams which is easily searchable for ticket numbers that link back to Zendesk. We are now able to respond in a quick, chat format to more quickly communicate with our team. During setup I had one question about authentication. Support got back to me right way. Highly recommended!
