The description here doesn't quite tell me what benefit this has when I can simply integrate ZenDesk on the Zapier side of things. Why install this into ZenDesk at all? What additional functionality does it provide that my existing integration within Zapier does not? The screenshots show something that looks different from the regular Zapier interface, but it's not enough. Everything else looks to be a cut-and-paste from an older version of the Zapier site.
This is NOT free on Zapier! Zendesk is a premium app and Zapier charges for that. I wanted to use this for incoming text messages on Textedly, but this app forces you to identify the requester with an email address and does not offer an option to identify via phone number.
You guys are taking me in circles with this marketplace baloney. AND the integration is too limited.
