This little app has been a great add-on for my team who work heavily out of Zendesk and Slack. Getting notified of mentions via email just wasn't cutting it anymore and this looked like a quick and easy way to make my team's day a bit better. Honestly it's mind blowing how this isn't already included in the core Zendesk functionality, but until it is, I'll happily be using ZenMention. Install was quick and easy. Price per user is very reasonable and I appreciate there's another billing plan available so I can scale with the tool as my team grows. Also shout out to the dev team - during my first few days using ZenMention I noticed a fairly minor bug right away with how agent names were being displayed. I sent an email about the bug in the afternoon, got a reply back within a couple hours, and the fix was released overnight before the next workday began. Very impressive response time and quick resolution.
