Reach your Zendesk team members by sending messages to specific users, groups or everyone.
Even with the Team Relay top bar closed, your team members will see the app icon blinking when they have unread messages.
You can send a message with "High Importance" and it will stick to the top of each team member's inbox, and they will not be able to delete it. Team members can also "Pin" a message, which will bring the message to the top of their view for ease of access.
Messages can be sent with an expiry so they disappear, avoiding distraction and confusion.
Make sure everyone who needs to see the message has seen it.
By default, Team Relay allows Admins to send messages, but Admins can easily allow other team members to send messages.
