SyncHub connects your Zendesk account to Power BI, Tableau, Excel, G-Sheets or your favourite reporting tool, allowing you to build custom reports or integrate with your existing BI dashbords.
SyncHub works by querying the Zendesk API for changes to your data, then incrementally storing those changes in a reporting database. We supply you with your own dedicated cloud-hosted database, allowing for one-click install, or you can provide your own database and we'll store the data there - we support Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Postgres and SQL Server/Azure.
