We've been using Stylo (the Assist app) for close to a year and the Stylo team approached us to try out a new feature called Solve, which is basically Assist but solves tickets automatically. Trying it out was easy and they worked with us to adjust how it responds on certain types of requests that required a bit more detail. Overall it really has been great and has reduced our queue by hundreds of tickets per month without anyone on our team even needing to look at them. I recommend taking a look at this if you're drowning in tickets.
I have been looking for something like this since chatgpt came out and connected with the Stylo guys at Relate. There is a little bit of turnaround time (about a week) to get automatic ticket solves going but it's been completely hands-off since then. Super quick, turn-key install that just solves tickets and makes customers happy. What's not to like?
My team uses Stylo to solve tickets with AI and it's been really helpful to reduce the size of our queue. The company has been great to work with and we save a lot of time, especially with after hours requests.
