A great product that has been helpful for our efficiency with ticket replies. They were able to integrate their live chat into our existing Zendesk messaging system so it was a seamless transition over to their product. We had issues in the past with other Zendesk AI getting confused between our products (admittedly similarly described in a lot of our help articles) but we’ve found Eesels ChatGPT Agents have no trouble with distinguishing them clearly.
