Zenflow lets you connect your Voiceflow assistants to Zendesk.

The Zenflow app is integrated into the ticket sidebar and ticket editor, making it visible within the Zendesk agent workspace.

With Zenflow, you can:

  • Connect up to four Voiceflow assistants to the Sidebar.
  • Connect up to four Voiceflow assistants to the Editor.

Customization

In the Zenflow app settings within Zendesk, you can:

  • Enter the Voiceflow Dialogue API and Version ID for each assistant.
  • Show or hide buttons depending on your needs.
  • Change button names for clarity and ease of use.

Interaction

Clicking a button activates a Voiceflow Assistant. The response will appear in the sidebar textbox or the ticket editor box.

  • Zenflow sends essential ticket details as variables to your Voiceflow assistant. These include Ticket ID, Ticket Subject, All Public Comments on the Ticket, and the Customer's Last Public Comment.
  • Customize your Voiceflow assistant by using these variables: {ticketId}, {ticketSubject}, {allPublicComments}, {lastCustomerComment}.
  • You can opt to exclude any variables if they are not needed.

Reporting

Zenflow enhances ticket tracking by:

  • Adding a custom tag (zenflow_ticket_editor or zenflow_ticket_sidebar) each time a button is clicked and a response is received.
