Apps install directly into your account
The application works well in the main navigation; however, it is not available in the ticket side navigation, which would help in many cases. They could check that.
Doesn't work. We tried adding our Knowledge Base URL and it says "refused to connect"
Works as intended, with the obvious limitations regarding x-frame policies. Cool little tool.
