We have been working with this chat for 2 years now, and it has been helping with customer queries more and more. We set up the chat with different menus for the public and private sections of our tool, so it's much more accurate right from the start when a user has a question. It's also helping us improve the content of the knowledge base, as we can see which keywords and phrases are being searched the most. We have achieved a 79% rate of queries solved without human intervention, and the trend is increasing, so we expect to reach 90% this year. We are using both channels - chat within our app and chat via WhatsApp - and our customers are really happy with them, as they can ask questions and get solutions anytime. Finally, it's a great benefit to have the chat implemented in three languages, as we are covering almost all of our clients.
