Zendesk collects and holds our customer correspondence data, but CX Moments enabled us to truly understand it. The insights garnered from CX Moments showed us our actual customer needs, expectations and preferences, thereby allowing us to shape and prioritise our customer experience improvement roadmap. There are a number of other great features too, from things like trending issue alerts, to an agent performance dashboard, not to mention the new contact QA tool which is in the beta testing phase at the moment. From what the product delivers, to how the guys support us, I can't recommend this enough.
CX Moments has become an invaluable app for us. Where Zendesk Explore allows us to gain insights from our structured Helpdesk data, we are now able to see and interpret trends and correlations only made visible in our unstructured data as presented by CX Moments. The support provided to us has been exceptional, too.
Usefull tool. cx moments allowed us to better understand our end users and improve our agents efficiency. We no longer need to rely on manual input of tags in tickets and we get some interesting insights using the software.
