I cannot recommend this product. Initially, the demonstration video impressed us, leading to our decision to purchase. Upon agreeing to their initial quote, we encountered our first issue: the product failed to perform. Realizing we required Zendesk integration, the company issued a new quote, which we also accepted. Subsequently, they requested our Zendesk API Key, which we promptly provided and received assurance of compatibility. However, what followed was a frustrating 16-day ordeal filled with server-side errors and an inability to view any documents. The support team's response was disappointing, focusing solely on requesting client-side logs, despite our repeated submissions. Ultimately, after more than two weeks of struggles, we switched to https://www.sendsafely.com/, which functioned flawlessly from the start.
